  • फोटोग्राफ के निचले हिस्से पर फोटो खिंचवाने की दिनांक व आवेदक का नाम स्पष्ट होना चाहिए तथा यह आवेदन करने की तिथि से तीन माह से अधिक पुराना नहीं होना चाहिए।
  • Photograph of the candidate should bear his/her name and the date on the front of the lower part of photograph and it should not be older more than 3 months from application date.
